1. Where do you ship?
We ship to the UAE, Europe, UK and Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at orders@yoururbancanvas.com.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location:
- UAE: 3 – 10 business days
- Europe & UK: 3 – 10 business days
- Australia: 3 – 10 business days
3. Do you accept returns?
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please double-check details before completing your purchase.
5. Can I personalise my order?
Yes! We offer personalization options on select prints. Please select 'Personalise Your Print' in the main menu.
Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before checkout, as we cannot modify personalized orders after purchase.
6. What if my order is lost in transit?
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at orders@yoururbancanvas.com so we can assist.
7. Do you offer gift options?
