Your Urban Canvas reserves its right to update this website, policies, products, and services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order. Slight variations in colour, scale, or composition may occur due to the custom nature of each item and due to screen differences and local production variance.

All sales are final, except in cases of damage or defects (please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full
details).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are correct before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in the currencies below and include applicable taxes.  

• AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
• EUR (Euro)
• AUD (Australian Dollar)
• GBP (British Pound Sterling)

At checkout, we can only accept payment in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams), in line with our UAE business license. The final charge will be based on live exchange rates at the time of purchase.

We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway provider, which accepts Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Please note:

• Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
• Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.

4.    In the Event of an Out-of-Stock Item

Occasionally, an item may be Temporarily Unavailable.

As we partner with a trusted Print-On-Demand supplier, there may be rare instances when a specific
item is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we’ll reach out to you promptly with the following options:

1. Select an Alternative - You may choose a similar frame or hanger from our wide selection as a substitute.
2. Wait for Restock - You can proceed with your order and opt to wait until the item becomes available again. We will notify you promptly once it is back in stock.
3. Cancel the Order - If you prefer not to wait or select an alternative, you may cancel your order.

5.    Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including but not limited to artwork, product designs, text, graphics, photography, logos, digital files, visual layout, and overall design – is the intellectual property of Your Urban Canvas and is protected by international copyright, design rights, intellectual property laws, and unfair competition regulations, whether registered or unregistered.

While the artwork is not registered with a copyright or patent office, Your Urban Canvas asserts full ownership and moral rights over all original artistic work displayed on the site.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no content from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means – digital, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise – without prior written permission from Your Urban Canvas.

The use of this website and its content is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws and result in legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, will be subject to UAE court jurisdiction.
