Each print reflects a dedication to quality, creativity, and craftsmanship, making it a meaningful addition to any space. As all prints are made to order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Europe - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
1. Return Policy
As every piece is made-to-order and produced individually for you, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We Accept Returns Only If:
- The product arrives damaged or broken.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- Your order is lost in transit.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number, and we will gladly replace or refund your order.
We Do Not Offer Refunds For:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Errors in personalized messages or custom requests.
- Incorrect address input at checkout.
- Delays caused by postal carriers.
- Slight variations in print colour or framing (due to screen differences and local production variance).
All orders are processed based on customer approval and go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within hours of placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at orders@yoururbancanvas.com
within 7 days of receiving the product. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and the feasibility of the solution.
3. Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item may be returned to sender. Unfortunately, we cannot reship such orders, and any neworder will require payment for both the product and shipping. Refunds for
returned orders due to incorrect address will not be issued.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
If you are unavailable to receive your order, your package may be held at your
local post office or carrier facility. Unclaimed shipments may be returned tosender. In such cases, you may place a new order. We will refund the original
product cost only; shipping cost s are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes:
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. All transactions are logged with IP address, billing/shipping info, and customer consent to our terms. False claims may be pursued legally.
